Steps: Theory Test Booking via EDCAD App

 Soon as you attend all the lessons, select your theory test date by:

 • Click on theory test booking and select suitable date and time.

 • You will receive a confirmation message on your email, also you can check booking status on the EDCAD App.

• To change the theory test date kindly visit us or contact us on: Email: booking@edcad.ae Phone: 600 588880 

• In case if you did not pass the theory test, you will have to pay for and attend a refreshment course and repeat the Theory test. Therefore, Repeat the payment process and you will find the refreshment course and theory test option appearing for payment.

Soon as you attend all the lessons you can select your theory test date and time. For booking Theory Test

Visit https://www.edcad.ae/.

  • Click on Customer Beta.

 • Click on Pay (Beta)

 •  Sign in to your Account by using your Registered mail ID and Password. After Sign in you will reach student Dashboard. 

In the Student Dashboard you can see all your information including Student No, Traffic No, Try File No, Branch No,  Branch and E-learning Book.  After your payment for Theory Class through online you can attend the course by using E-learning site link. After Completing all the lessons you can book Theory test Date and Time. 

 

• Click on theory test booking and select suitable date and time.

• You will receive a confirmation message on your email, also you can check booking status on the e-learning website.

You will be required to attend the theory test in the company’s examination hall and also tried to reach before 30 min before your exam.

There are 45 questions in all, designed to gauge your understanding of the laws of driving in the country. The test has three segments:

  • 17 Questions about traffic situations – Passing criteria: 11 correct answers minimum.
  • 18 Questions about Abu Dhabi driving License specifics – Passing criteria: 12 correct answers minimum.
  • The third segment is about Risks Recognition – You are shown a series of videos with environmental conditions and you have to propose solutions.
You should have 36 marks to pass Driving theory test. 

* The test is conducted either in English or Arabic. If you are unfamiliar with both languages, you can go for an oral exam.

Your test result will be displayed on your display soon after you are finishing the exam. If you are pass go to the customer care and book your practical class otherwise you will book again for theory class and theory test.
