JOB DESCRIPTION
- Meeting daily prospecting targets to ensure a steady pipeline of potential clients.
- Achieving tele-calling targets by making a specified number of connected calls.
- Maintaining overall activity levels to ensure sales goals are met.
- Attend international road shows and events.
- Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with products and services.
- Identifying opportunities for further sales within key clients and communicating them to the sales team.
- Achieving client relationship targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the Head of Sales.
- Collaborating closely with Account Managers and Sales Administration.
- Updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system and keeping account managers informed of any changes.
Key Competencies & Skills
- Good communication and presentation skills are a must.
- In addition to English, fluency in Arabic, Russian or Mandarin / Cantonese is required.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers
