Marketing Manager

Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Sales and Marketing, implements all the digital marketing activities and maximizes business opportunities in his / her specific area of responsibility.

What you will be doing:

• Proven experience as Digital Marketing or Similar role
• Execute and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels
• Plan and effectively execute digital marketing campaigns.
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
• Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
• Develop and manage website content.
• Implement SEO/SMO strategy.
• Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.)
• Strong engagement with social channels followers
• Mastery and active in social channels: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, TripAdvisor
• Mastery of email marketing and SMS campaign tool (Mailchimp, Liana or similar)
• Tele-Calling / Tele-Sales
• Strong relationship with influencers (local, regional markets)
• Knowledge in graphic design and software: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Premiere Pro (or similar software)
• File and retain a database of clients, referrals, prospects and presentations.
• Must have Marketing and Communication knowledge
• Must have Brand marketing knowledge
• Responsible to create engaging content and managing digital marketing campaign across all social channels.
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking
• Work in close collaboration with the export sales team by providing support and assistance to identify potential customers through digital platform.
• Your responsibility also includes contacting with potential customers, focusing on customer needs, and set appointments with prospective customers
• Track the website traffic flow and provide internal reports regularly
• Perform other related tasks which may be assigned by the Director of Sales and Marketing.
• Enhance brand awareness in the digital space and brainstorm on new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
• Conduct In-depth market research and analysis for potential market.

Your experience and skills include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
• Must have minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, within an international brand
• Proficiency in English language – second language preferred
• Professional presentation
• Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
• Experience with B2C, Social media, Seo/Sem.
• Must be flexible with timing
• Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
