Summary of role
As a LEAP intern in the influencers marketing team, you will be assisting the team with the different activities to ensure all the projects are supported successfully on time, This is a great opportunity to grow & utilize excellent knowledge of online marketing best practices.
Areas of Responsibility
- Support in updating influencer data on the system which includes updating the status and category within influencer profile Prospecting and finding new suitable influencer for each clients Categorizing the influencers based on the criteria and update on the internal system Updating the advertisement status and record eg. using trello record time and date Updating photos and scripts to the internal system Supports and follow up on (Confirming ads,Scripts preparation,Sending scripts,Payment Requests,Materials Request) Record and update Detailed description of Ad Support in Order placement for planned ads (upon request) Tracking the order delivery status and updating the team Generate customer feedback report for all active clients Do market research about aspiring bloggers and contact them with offers
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Native arabic speaker Background in Business Administration, Management, MIS fields Work experience is not important – BUT – you must be intensely passionate, and looking to build your career in this field On Student / Parent / Spouse Visa during internship period Passionate learner about trending marketing channels and technologies Naturally sociable, friendly and approachable personality Strong analytical and organizing skills Comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets, etc
