Areas of Responsibility
- Support the Operations & HR team with: Conducting research, reports and preparing paperwork and presentations. Arranging company-wide announcements & posting them on our communication channels. Brainstorming, planning, and implementing internal events, team outings, staff birthdays, culture initiatives, awareness campaigns, etc. Support top executives when needed with: Making travel arrangements for executives. Keeping track of various calendars and schedules. General responsibilities: Keeping track of financial schedules & budgets for multiple purposes. Greeting and welcoming visitors. Performing general office management tasks; ordering supplies, maintaining records.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma/ bachelors degree in Business Administration or related fields Excellent and professional communication skills. Excellent organization / prioritization skills, and an ability to meet deadlines. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment Dependable and reliable Punctual, great time management skills Efficient and always looking for improvement Handling confidential information well.
