RINA is looking for Corporate Procurement_Senior, based out of Mumbai.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Planning, scheduling, initiating, monitoring and quality assurance of all procurement and contract activities
Manages the day-to-day operations of the procurement process.
Manages and reviews documents for the procurement of all supplies, equipment and services for the Authority and ensures compliance the Procurement Policy and Procedures Manual, as well as applicable federal and state laws.
Identifies suppliers that satisfy RINA’s contracting and purchasing requirements. Maintains positive vendor relations.
Manages the preparation of solicitation documents and offers.
Responsible for ensuring records are maintained and procurements are documented from origination through completion.
Maintains complete record of authority contracts for goods and services.
React to short term priorities and plan activities.
Prepare and manage contract of Contractors and suppliers
Skill and Experience:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 5-7 years’ experience in local and abroad procurement
Software knowledge: MS Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional knowledge of written and spoken English
