Responsibility

1. Pre-Contract responsibilities for Civil & System work 

• Provide assistance for the preparation of Tender documents and its evaluation 

• Preparation of MIS of Tender Documents, Evaluation of Risk & Opportunities, Preparation of contractual reply of Pre-Bid queries

2. Post Contract responsibilities for Civil & System work . 

• Preparation of Contract Appreciation Documents (CAD)

• Day to Day Contractual Correspondence with Client/ Consultants/ Contractors of the Projects

• Monitoring for Timely submission/ application of Performance Bank Guarantee, Secured Advance of materials, Mobilization advance, insurances etc.

• Techno-Commercial Management, sorting out of various hindrances related to Drawings, Materials, Laborer etc.

• Review of Key dates/ Milestones of Contractors and verification of revised Key dates/ Milestones with respect to Contract Document.

• Monitoring of BOQ quantities for deviation as per the provision of the contract. Serving notice for Variation/ Extra items as per the provision of the Contracts 

• Preparation of Extension of Time, Delay Analysis, Review of Impacted Schedule

• Managing Claims from the Detailed Design Consultant and/or Construction Contractor(s) for an extension to the Time for Completion and/or additional payment in connection with the design and construction

• Assistance in Risk Analysis

• Basic knowledge of Dispute Resolution Mechanism/ Arbitration

Total 10 years of experience after a degree in Civil Engineering

Must have Experienced into Metro/Transportation projects

Good communication in both written and oral
