Job location: Abu Dhabi – UAE
Key Role Responsibilities:
- Innovate and conceptualize new features, products and services for mobile banking.
- Identify and execute strategic partnerships to acquire compelling content, features, and online tools that support the organization’s strategy aligned with multi-channels and business plans.
- Lead projects for implementation of new initiatives for digital mobile banking.
- Increase the internet and mobile banking revenue and also identify and develop new sources of revenue.
- Increase integration between channels, keep a consistent and seamless customer experience through all channels.
- Improve cross-selling in a wide range of organization’s retail products.
- Formulate marketing plans to promote internet & mobile banking products and oversee all marketing campaigns.
- Monitoring customer satisfaction, service availability and channel performance, revenue generation, budget utilization and getting actions to be able to be meet targets and department KPIs.
- Interface with project managers to ensure programs are executing within budget and timelines.

- Strong analytical, planning, forecasting and budgeting/ financial skills
- Flexible and fast-paced personality; out-of-box thinking skills
- Highly creative person with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
