The Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai has announced the working hours of all its services during the blessed Eid Al-Fitr holiday 1444 AH corresponding to 2023 AD, from the date of Ramadan 29 to Shawwal 3, provided that official working hours will resume on Shawwal 4 1444 AH, including customer happiness centers, and parking lots subject to tariffs. , public transport buses, Dubai metro and tram, and marine transport.
The centers of service providers (technical examination) will be closed during the blessed Eid Al Fitr holiday, according to the dates below:
• (Service counters), from the date of Ramadan 29 until Shawwal 3, provided that official working hours will resume on Shawwal 4, 1444 AH.
• (Technical inspection services for vehicles only), it will be closed from the date of Shawwal 1 until Shawwal 2, provided that official working hours will resume on Shawwal 3, 1444 AH.
The customer happiness centers will also be closed from the date of Ramadan 29 until Shawwal 3, provided that the official working hours will resume on Shawwal 4 1444 AH, while the smart customer happiness centers in Umm Ramool, Deira, Al Barsha, Al Manara, Al Kifaf, and the main building of the authority – as usual – will operate around the clock.
