Responsibilities:

  •  Undertake various functions related to document control,
    document archiving, document imaging and maintenance of document register for
    property leases and modification projects and/or space planning.
  • Controls issuance of document numbers, including maintenance
    of proper document registers.
  • Maintains specifically assigned project database/s.
  • Ensures proper document classification, sorting, filing and
    appropriate archiving.
  • Reviews completeness of documentation and prepares document
    transmittals.
  • Performs document quality check in accordance with company
    document control procedures.
  • Performs file backup to ensure proper storage and archiving
    of electronic registers.
  • Prepares reports, as may be required.

 Qualifications

  • Completion of at least two (2) years college education,
    preferably engineering or business administration or equivalent with relevant
    years of experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Document Controlling with Designing and Presentation Designs
    background
  • Excellent communication
    and computer skills. 
  • Ability to work under pressure. 
  • Excellent team working skills, motivated and productive
    attitude.
