Royal Joinery has its own dedicated workshop to assist clients on high profile projects that require international expertise and a degree of workmanship that eliminates the need to source sub-contractors and third-party furniture suppliers. Our primary focus is on carpentry and woodwork specialties across a wide variety of projects and sectors through the delivery of sophisticated qualified experts in their field and innovative techniques and equipment.

Requirements
In this role you will have the opportunity to be involved with the planning, coordination and control of all manufacturing processes. In Royal Joinery, you will coordinate a team of more than 30 colleagues.
Your responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate tasks and requirements to an assigned team. Monitoring workload
and providing solutions to ensure targets are met any risks are mitigated. - Manage the quality outputs of works, offering feedback where required and continually
encouraging improvements. - Ensure that supervisors/manager are informed of joinery workload and progress against
targets, escalate issues and support the implementation of solutions where required - As required, provide administrative support to the production manager.
- Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to in relation to health and safety. ensure that
the team are working in an efficient, tidy and safe environment at all times. - Complete any other ad-hoc tasks as directed by your line manager or designee
- Checking the entire process is being maintained
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
- Joinery Factory Experience
- Supervisory Experience
- Ability to understand the whole dynamics of a working joinery factory
- Experience with large scale projects
