Job Description

Role Purpose  

  • Work with the HR leadership team to create, develop and implement an effective communication strategy for internal stakeholders and employees
  • Support HR departments in communicating organisational changes, initiatives, programmes, and new appointments
  • Work closely with the Corporate Communications department to feature HR on external communication platforms such as Daman website, social media accounts, PRs, etc. to build strong employer brand and visibility
  • Manage the HR page on D-pulse, HR newsletter and any other form of communications that maybe be developed in future
  • Design and plan different HR events inhouse and in collaboration with the Corporate Communications team (i.e. staff events, HR clinic, etc.)
  • Seek opportunities to effectively engage with internal stakeholders and employees to improve company-wide engagement
  • Create marketing and promotional materials in liaison with the relevant divisions (i.e. Corporate Branding & Communication)
  • Work with HR Executive Director to determine budget and manage communication expenses
  • Create and deliver press releases, media relations content, case studies, white papers, executive bios, corporate newsletter content, social media content, and speaking proposals
  • Develop fresh story ideas
  • Key Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Communications role, ideally with focus on HR topics
  • Diploma in any field; Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Skills and Competencies
  • Ability to articulate thoughts and messages in competent written and spoken English and Arabic
  • Excellent in communicating inspirational content as well as sensitive issues to various stakeholders
  • Strong level of customer service orientation and professionalism in all interactions

Job Description

  Role Purpose  

•  Examine & evaluate applications received as well as requests for further required data from customers

•  Take up any new departmental activity as assigned by the reporting manager .

Job Description

Role Purpose:

·        Responsible for all aspects of participation in contracting with the assigned providers

·        Implement strategies to accurately determine the cost of the provider to Daman

·        Ensure all negotiations are in line with Daman’s pricing targets, optimum services and payment terms

·        Carry out procedure code mapping for contracted services with the healthcare providers as needed

·        Review provider dashboards and quality reports to measure provider performance and utilisation

·        Prepare weekly action plan in managing providers and provide update / status reports to superior

·        Ensure that the agreed terms are properly implemented and documented

·        Schedule and perform provider site visits according to specific needs

·        Provide education and training on Daman Provider Manual, Provider Guide, quality measures, and performance standards to all providers assigned

·        Handle any issues that may arise from providers and ensure proper response and timely resolution

·        Participate in special projects as may be assigned

·        Key Requirements and Qualifications:

·        Minimum 2 years of health insurance experience required

·        Recognised coding certification is a plus

·        Bachelor’s degree in any field

·        Flexibility to travel within the UAE

Job Description

Role Purpose  

·        Manage the preparation of Procurement contracts/ agreements, ensuring compliance with the Procurement’s policies and procedures

·        Finalize contract amendment/addendums/terminations based on end user requests

·        Review and assess awarded proposal; review and highlight any deviations from contract specifications and/or delivery schedules

·        Monitor compliance of all relevant parties to applicable contract’s/agreement’s terms and any applicable amendments, coordinate with supplier in case of a dispute

·        Maintain and monitor all existing contracts and ensure that all concerned departments are reminded of the contract’s status

·        Coordinate with Third Party Contractor (TPC) for effective filing of all Procurement-related contracts

·        Update and maintain the contract log on daily basis and prepare monthly status report on all contracts

·        Key Requirements and Qualifications

·        Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management and procurement

·        Legal/paralegal experience is preferred

·        Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Purchasing, Economics, Accountancy, Law or any relevant discipline

·        Degree in Business or Commercial law is preferred
