HUMAN CAPITAL SYSTEMS EXECUTIVE

Majid Al Futtaim Properties – Corporate Business Unit

The role of Human Capital Systems Executive is responsible to support the implementation of all Human Capital systems including Success Factors modules at MAF Properties level in alignment with Group Human Capital digitalization strategy.  

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

 

  Existing Modules:

  • Daily monitoring of all Human Capital systems at MAF Properties level. This includes maintenance and support in reporting.
  • Continuous support in suggesting system enhancements demonstrating full understanding of process and system knowledge which result in better employee experience.
  • Responsible for testing the system as part of enhancements, quarterly updates from SAP and any process change
  • Provide end to end support for the implementation of existing modules (Recruitment, onboarding, Performance management, Compensation, Variable Pay, Succession, LMS, Employee Central etc.) like launch of forms and preparation of required templates as required by the module leads.
  • Responsible for critical auditable system documents like RBP, proxy rights, audit logs and workflows, making sure they are always updated

 

  Systems Implementation and Optimization:

  • Support the implementation of all new modules by providing design and integration inputs, testing and deployment
  • Ensuring system testing, deployment and migration is always adequate with no down times and the highest level of accuracy
  • Generation of system guides and training documents to educate the Human Capital team with the new systems

 

  Support to Human Capital team:

  • Support the Human Capital Business Partners for their respective Business units in all queries related to all systems and processes and liaise with vendors and IT Department for any technical related issue.
  • Work with Business Unit Admins in training them to use the system optimally and increase system adoption

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in information technology / Business Administration / Human Resources or its equivalent.
  • Ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience on the SAP Performance and strong systems knowledge
  • Good analytical skills with strong Excel working knowledge to use various formulas.
  • Certified in multiple success factors modules
