Send them the following Information;

Violation number:
The SMS payment confirmation , if any:
Clarification reason for the grievance attaching supporting documents.
You will receive text message with the grievance committee’s decision within three days.

I got violation ticket from Mawgif team when I went to Madinah Al Munawara.
In fact violation issued to me was not belong to me, the dates are mentioned in 2016, 2018, and 2020 whereas I bought this car in August 2021. Your team didn’t let me go unless I paid all three violations amount 335 SR.
Today I have visited the traffic police department in Dammam and got car ownership print out and it clearly mentioned that car was purchased on 21-01-1443
Car plate number is UHB-1634 Toyota Camry.
Please do the needful and let someone from your office contact to me and I will provide all required documents to reimburse my payment.

I had emergency and i was not getting parking so i parked my car at yellow and gray just for 5 minutes and one mawaqif inspector came and started talking photo, i requested him he didn’t listen to me and fined me 500 aed. when i received my ticket fine location is not mentioned neither the photo….i just want to know is he authorized to give me fine at that spot… because as i know police has the right to toe my car or put fine at that particular area…. please verify.

Im a courier guy i reach my location and call the customer for delivery that time i saw the mawaqif guy looking at me that i Left from the area but he give a fine for wrong parking.
